Re-Entry Program

Bridging Hope Transition House

Freedom Through Christ

A Faith-Based Path to Re-Entry

The Bridging Hope Transition House is a Re-Entry Program that embodies the same Christ-centered environment that continues to help individuals break free from the cycle of addiction and rediscover hope. We continue the Teen Challenge model of the discipleship process and provide the same structure, and supportive community. Every man who completes our re‑entry program significantly increases his chances of making a successful, seamless transition back into society.

Finding Strength in a Community of Faith

Our Re‑Entry Program provides men with a safe, stable home and a faith‑based community committed to ongoing growth, accountability, and encouragement. Those who enter have demonstrated the fruit of a life‑changing relationship with Jesus Christ and continue to be pastored, protected, and provided for by Spirit‑filled leaders as they prepare spiritually for their next season.

Our Approach to Lasting Recovery

Our curriculum consists of weekly Bible‑based classes, Bible studies, devotions, and structured daily routines that build responsibility and self‑discipline. Each participant is guided through a process of renewal that strengthens his ability to make healthy decisions, embrace new purpose, and prepare for a prosperous future. Through prayer, study, and service, men develop the tools they need to become strong leaders in their families, churches, and communities.

A Better Tomorrow Begins Today

Bridging Hope Transition House provides the opportunity to start fresh by providing assistance in finding reliable gainful employment, guidance in acquiring the various legal documents necessary to operate in society, personalized counsel on finances, debt consolidation, and debt repayment, complete discipleship: mentoring, accountability, love, and correction, meaningful connection and involvement in the local church. Graduates of the Re-Entry Program will leave well-equipped and prepared for lasting transformation.

Our Employment Partners

Our Re-Entry program connects each participant with a job that fits their strengths and goals. Bridging Hope Transition House partners with local employers who believe in second chances, and many community businesses are under contract with us to provide stable, supportive placements. This network helps ensure you start work in a role where you can grow and succeed.
